This 90-minute clinic will incorporate the same development principles used across LVLUP Basketball training, including game speed skill work, competitive concepts, constraint-based training, and live basketball situations designed to translate directly to real game performance.

Athletes will train using the LVLUP Handle Heavy Basketball System to challenge ball control, hand strength, coordination, feel, and overall skill development.
